Freedom and compassion at end of life.
Empowering people to make informed end-of-life decisions and advocating for medical aid in dying in New Hampshire.
Our Work:
We’re are a grassroots organization working to empower people — personally and collectively — to make informed end-of-life decisions based on their own values, beliefs, and needs.
We do this by:
Providing clear, factual education about all end-of-life options
Encouraging and supporting honest conversations about dying and end-of-life wishes
Advocating for medical aid in dying as a compassionate option for the terminally ill
Our Values:
We recognize the sacredness of every person in every condition of health or ability.
End-of-life freedom is about the right of anyone facing a terminal diagnosis to make deeply personal decisions about their own life and death, according to their own values, beliefs, and needs.
Our Beliefs:
We honor autonomy and relationship, guided by deep respect for the diversity of human experience.
We believe every person deserves compassion, respect, and the freedom to make choices at life’s end based on their own values, beliefs, and needs.
We advocate for medical aid in dying as a compassionate and needed option for terminally ill Granite Staters.
Our vision is that New Hampshire is known as a place where people are inspired to live life fully and completely, and enjoy the best quality of life possible, right to the end.
